Ordering
All orders are welcome - no minimum purchase amount is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. If you choose to pay through PayPal, we will contact you with payment instructions. PayPal orders must be paid prior to shipping; unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 days. Orders paid by PayPal e-check will ship when payment clears.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping fees are not included in the shopping cart. Shipping cost will be calculated separately after your order is packaged and you'll be notified of your new total. Your credit card won't be charged untiil your order is ready to ship. We don't charge handling fees - you'll be billed for the exact shipping cost. Orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Unless you request a specific carrier, we will ship your package the least expensive way. Expedited and International shipping are also available.
Incorrect address
If the customer gives us an incorrect address and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible - or no later than 24 hours after placing your order. Orders must be cancelled prior to shipment in order to receive a full refund.
Return policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Shipping costs are not refundable. To ensure quality and purity of product, we cannot accept returns on raw materials or base products. We will take returns on other items if the product is unused and in original condition. Please contact us for instructions and the return shipping address if you have an item to return.
Refusal of delivery
If the customer refuses to accept delivery and the package is returned to us, we will charge a 20% restocking fee prior to processing a refund credit for the items purchased.
Privacy Statement
Your personal information will be kept confidential. We will not sell nor share your information with anyone.
